- Do not misuse SolaceLoop programs for fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.

4. Programs & Contributions
SolaceLoop may offer optional programs designed to support humanitarian goals and community participation. Any participation is subject to eligibility, verification, and the guidelines we publish.
Any references to “contributions” are voluntary participation amounts submitted by members. SolaceLoop is not a bank, money‑transmitter, or financial institution, and we do not provide custody of funds.
5. Digital Items & No Refunds
SolaceLoop membership may include access to member‑only digital resources (for example: educational PDFs and other downloadable files) and access to the Members Backoffice.
- No refunds: Because access to digital resources and services can be granted immediately after signup, membership fees and digital purchases are non‑refundable, except where required by law.
- Cancellation: You may opt out or cancel at any time. If your membership is offered as a recurring subscription, cancellation stops future renewals. Access may remain available until the end of the current paid term, depending on the plan and payment processor behavior.
6. Payments & Billing
Payments may be processed by third‑party providers (for example, card processors). Your payment is also subject to the provider’s terms, policies, and any verification they require. SolaceLoop does not control delivery timelines of email providers, card issuers, or payment processors.
7. Educational Content & No Advice
Materials on this site may include educational content, examples, case studies, and illustrative figures. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and SolaceLoop does not make promises or guarantees about outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SolaceLoop’s principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction will lie in the competent courts of that location.
