Membership, cancellation, and refunds

SolaceLoop membership provides access to member-only digital resources and the private Members Backoffice. Because access is granted immediately after signup, membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and removes ongoing participation when your current term ends.

Your email will be used for sign‑in and account recovery. You can update these anytime in your member dashboard—adding two now helps with end‑to‑end testing.
